Season 1 Episode 8 - Piasa

It is said that this "devourer of man" hunted along the banks of the Mississippi River until it was killed by a Native American Chief. During their famed exploration of the late 1600s, Marquette and Joliet make mention of seeing a pictograph of the Piasa that not even the locals would look at due to fear. But what exactly is this creature? In the late 1800s some authors thought it was a flying dinosaur while others a dragon.
